Solution for Login Spinning / Loading Error

If you are experiencing an error like the image above, there are several solutions you can try:

• Logout and Login Again

  Try logging out from the SSO Rootpixel, then log back in.

• Allow 3rd Party Cookies

  Desktop

  Chrome Browser (PC)

  1. Open Google Chrome application
  2. Access chrome://settings/cookies in the URL and press enter
  3. Make sure the option is set to Allow all cookies

  

  Special Note:
  If your Chrome looks like this, please add the websites manually:

  1. Access chrome://settings/cookies in the URL and press enter
  2. Scroll down and manually add Rootpixel websites to allow 3rd party cookies

  

  Add these websites:

  • account.rootpixel.net
  • member.rootpixel.net
  • invee.net

  

  Firefox Browser (PC)

  1. Open Firefox application
  2. Access about:preferences in the URL and press Enter

  

  3. Go to Privacy & Security menu by clicking the menu in the left sidebar
  4. Select Custom

  

  5. Uncheck Cookies

  

  6. Click the Reload All Tabs button

  Safari

  1. Open Safari browser and in the top left, select Safari menu and choose Preferences

  

  2. Select Privacy Tab and disable the "Prevent cross-site tracking" option

  

  Mobile

  Google Chrome (Android)

  1. Open Settings menu in Chrome app (three vertical dots)
  2. Open Privacy and Security
  3. Open Safe Browsing and select 'No Protection' (Recommended to re-enable after adding payment account)
  4. Open Third-party Cookies and Allow Third-party Cookies

  Google Chrome (iOS)

  1. On iOS, select the settings icon

  

  2. Find the app from the Settings navigation

  

  3. Enable the Allow Cross-Website Tracking option to green (on)

  

  Safari (iOS)

  1. From your home screen, open "Settings"
  2. Scroll down and select "Safari"

  

  3. Make sure prevent cross site tracking and block all cookies are off

  

  4. Additionally, if you cannot find block all cookies, click "advanced"
