If you are experiencing an error like the image above, there are several solutions you can try:

  • Logout and Login Again

    Try logging out from the SSO Rootpixel, then log back in.

  • Allow 3rd Party Cookies
    Desktop
    Chrome Browser (PC)
    1. Open Google Chrome application
    2. Access chrome://settings/cookies in the URL and press enter
    3. Make sure the option is set to Allow all cookies

    Special Note:
    If your Chrome looks like this, please add the websites manually:
    1. Access chrome://settings/cookies in the URL and press enter
    2. Scroll down and manually add Rootpixel websites to allow 3rd party cookies

    1. Open Firefox application
    2. Access about:preferences in the URL and press Enter

    1. On iOS, select the settings icon
